Ask your first question

Describe the job; the Assistant does the rest.

Choose “AI Assistant” in the corner of any WP Bulk Replace screen. The chat opens as a sidebar beside your work and stays open as you move between screens, until you choose “Collapse the Assistant”. On a narrow screen it opens as a drawer. (Bulk Replace › ✦ AI Assistant opens the same chat full screen.) Ask in plain words.

Add your files

Drag new files onto the chat (“Drop files to attach”), choose “Attach files”, or use a file already in your Media Library. PDF, DOC and DOCX are accepted, up to five per message.

The assistant helps with file replacements, matching, verification, rollback and questions about using WP Bulk Replace. It does not do other jobs.

What happens next

The Assistant creates the batch, uploads and matches your files and prepares a plan. You see every file that would change.

Suggested next steps

Under the conversation the Assistant offers buttons for the likely next step on the screen you are on, such as reviewing the matches, running the replacement, fixing conflicts or opening the batch. They are shortcuts: they send the same message you could type.

When it is done

A finished run ends with a short summary (for example “Done — 3 files replaced. Originals backed up.”) and the button “Undo replacement”, which an administrator can use to put the originals back.

An attached file is held privately and checked like any upload. The assistant sees its name, size and id, never its contents, and it never touches a live file by itself.
