These terms cover using WP Bulk Replace. Plain language, and they mean what they say.

The free plugin

The free plugin is released under the GPL, the same license WordPress itself uses. You may use it on as many sites as you like. It is provided as it is, without a warranty.

A Pro subscription

Pro is sold as an annual subscription. A plan covers a number of sites — one, five or fifty — and every plan contains the same features; the plans differ only by how many sites the license may be active on at once.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the term you have already paid for: your license stays active through its paid-through date, and the Pro features keep working until then.

Payments are not refundable. Cancelling does not refund the current term, and we do not refund part of a term. Where the law requires a refund or another remedy, the law wins — write to us.

When a term ends without renewal, the Pro features stop. The free plugin keeps working, everything already on your site stays exactly as it is, and nothing is deleted. Renewing turns Pro back on.

Using a Pro license

WP Bulk Replace Pro is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. A Pro subscription provides access to product updates, support, account services, and license activation for the number of sites included with your plan.

Your license key is issued to your account for those services. Do not share, publish, or resell the license key, and do not activate it on more sites than your plan allows.

What the software does and does not promise

WP Bulk Replace changes files on your website. It keeps a backup of each file it replaces and it can undo a replacement — but that is not a substitute for your own backups, and you should have them. The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it.

Changes

If we change these terms we will say so on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
