Get WP Bulk Replace

The free plugin does the whole job — upload, matching, the review step, replacing, backups and undo. No file limits, no trial, nothing switched off.

Install it from your own site

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New.
  2. Search for “WP Bulk Replace”.
  3. Install it, activate it, and look for Bulk Replace in the admin menu.

Needs WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.

Try it on a real batch

Nothing changes on your site until you approve a batch. Upload the new files, see where the plugin thinks each one goes, change the ones it got wrong, and only then replace. Every replacement keeps a backup you can undo.
